  5. Vendbbs.txt is being provided to Shareware Distributors, Vendors, User Groups
  6. and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the Stikum-Up 1.2 product(Stikum.zip).

  10. Filename        - Stikum.zip
  11. Short Description    - A Windows 3.1 message/annotation Object compiler
  12. Long Description    - Stikum-Up 1.2 is a unique annotation/message
  13.               system which can be used with Word for Windows 2.0,
  14.               Excel 3.0, Write and Cardfile (examples included)
  15.               ...any Program which supports OLE. Stikum-Up is a
  16.               "Micro object compiler" which produces TRUE stand-
  17.               alone 'NE' binaries which will run from the command
  18.               line as any Windows 3.1 program would. NO PROGRAM
  19.               OTHER THAN WINDOWS 3.1 IS REQUIRED TO READ PRODUCED
  20.               ANNOTATIONS/MESSAGES.

  22.               Stikum-Up 1.2 adds many new features including
  23.               powerful editing features, Select All, Undo,
  24.               Cut, Copy, Paste and PEN-AWARENESS for those of
  25.               you with pen systems/functionality.

  34. Software distributors wishing to add Stikum-Up product to their disk library 
  35. may do so only in accordance with the RESTRICTIONS listed below.

  37. Vendors acting in GOOD FAITH may distribute Stikum-Up product as described in 
  38. PACKING.TXT. If any files listed in PACKING.TXT are absent then this agreement
  39. becomes NULL and VOID.

  41. Stikum-Up product must not be included in any commercial product nor may any 
  42. price or compensation be charged for Stikum-Up product without written 
  43. authorization from Clear Pane Consulting.
  44.  
  45. A distribution fee of not more than $10.00(single unit) may be charged for
  46. the diskette, shipping and handling.
  47.  
  48. The Stikum-Up product CANNOT be modified in anyway with the exception of 
  49. Software vendors acting in GOOD FAITH adding advertisement and distribution 
  50. support files.
